PRACTICAL PLANS TO LOWER COSTS

No one should have to choose between paying the utility bill and buying groceries. I support the New York HEAT Act because it would cap energy costs and stop unnecessary expenses from being passed on to ratepayers. That’s the kind of policy that can make a real difference month to month.

We also need more housing people can afford. That means building union-constructed housing, supporting first-time buyers, and making sure renters have a fair shot at staying in the communities they love.
